Right after our mountain climb in Allahiban, we went straight to dine in at Chef Hana’s restaurant which had surely hit the spot after a day of adventure with its authentic Chinese cuisine.

The restaurant was first established in 2021 online and later last year as a physical restaurant. Chef Hana, a pure Chinese who grew up in Hong Kong has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, working in various restaurants such as Kusina Cagayana, Kung Hei Fat Choi, Maxims, and Haitin. With his background as a chief cook at Country Inn and a language translator in Sta. Ana, Cagayan for 5 years, Chef Hana brings a unique and diverse perspective to the table. At 57 years old, he continues to captivate his customers with his delicious dishes that are traditional yet connected to the Filipino taste.

Chef Hana’s Restaurant serves a variety of Hong Kong Chinese-style dishes that are sure to please your taste buds. The restaurant takes pride in using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally to ensure the quality of their food. From savoury dim sum to juicy roast meats, there’s something for everyone. The restaurant also plans to add Shabu-Shabu to its menu in the future, expanding its offerings and allowing customers to try something new.
