I dedicate this to that 11-year-old kid interviewed by BBC who grew up giving a positive aura to everyone despite how he thinks he is not good enough. Everyone is proud of you!

To you, who’s fighting a battle that you don’t talk about, I’m proud of you. This letter is for you.

You are strong.

You are brave.

You are so full of courage.

You kept on believing when it could’ve been easier to doubt.

You kept on stepping out in faith when it could’ve been more convenient to stay in your box and remain fearful.

You kept on fighting when it could’ve been easier to give up.

Right now, I don’t know what tires you and what drains your strength.

But believe me, I know exactly how it feels to suffer from something that you can’t even explain.

I know exactly how it feels to push yourself up, and to set aside what you feel just to do the things that you need to do.

I know exactly how it feels to fight your battles silently, and how hard it is, because, really, we all want to speak up, but sometimes, it’s just not that easy. No matter how hard we want. And no matter how hard we try.

Waking up everyday, trying to pick yourself up from bed, breathing deeply and heavily just to gain all the courage you need to face the world with a smile, is one of the things that build you to be a strong person that you are right now.

You choose not to rely on your emotions. You choose to fight what you feel just to be there for the people who needs you when in reality you’re the one who is in need of someone to hold your hand the most. That’s what made your love pure. You knew how to love with a sacrificial kind of love.

You are one brave hearted warrior. And I’m proud of you. I hope you know, that you are not alone. Even when the world makes you feel like you are. You are seen. You are loved. I’m writing this because this is the only thing that I can do for you: to pray for you and to encourage you.

I pray that you will get the healing that you need. I pray that one day, you will bloom into a beautiful flower that you’re always meant to be. I pray that one day, you’ll find yourself in a place that you can call home. I pray that God will lead you to a place where you are meant and called to be. To bring His light to those who’ll walk in the same path that you took. I pray that you’ll be the person that He has created you to be.

You may not find all the things you need in this world, but the One who created your heart is the only One Who can heal it, restore it, and satisfy it.

Keep on fighting. I love you.
