I am currently training as a triathlete. I became conscious on what I eat every single day. I don’t go on a diet but I am too picky with what I eat. For their dressings, they have Caesar, thousand island, vina grett, asian, sesame, honey mustard, cranberry sauce and garlic ranch. You can also add some parmesan cheese to fully enjoy the salad.
